The Sovari Federation is part of the Axari Alliance and is led by the sadistic General Zaldar. They also manufacture most of the Droids in the Droid Army. Although the federation is ruled by Zaldar, the Doju of Malwabi, there are three other leaders that help him. They are Sakov, Izlael, and Chkowe.
